Our dedicated teams of nurses and physical, occupational, and speech therapists provide comprehensive skilled nursing care and post-acute rehab services that help individuals return to their optimal capabilities faster.
Occupational Therapy
Therapy to improve residents' ability to perform activities of daily living, including, dressing, bathing, toileting, transfering, eating, and other household tasks.
Physical Therapy
Therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
We offer individualized exercise programs developed for residents with various medical diagnoses in order to increase functional independence.
Speech Therapy
Evaluation and treatment of speech, language, and cognitive impairment. Evaluation and treatment of swallowing difficulty. (Dysphagia)

Our Skilled Nursing Services
Grand Bay Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center is committed to serving our community. Our dedicated team of nurses and medical personnel work day and night to make sure that every patient’s needs are satisfied while they are in our care. We do this by providing tailored plans and treatment courses for our patients in a caring and compassionate manner.

Short-term and long-term care
We are here to provide short or long-term care for your loved ones as needed. Services include nursing care, 24-hour supervision, three meals a day, and assistance with everyday activities, such as bathing, dressing and eating.
Physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are also available for both short-term and long-term patients.
