How we started
Serving Our Community Since 1947
Grand Bay Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center is a family owned and operated facility that was started by Marlene Hart in 1947. Marlene had a mission to make the world a better place and help her community. She did exactly that! She started a center that focused on helping people wherever they are in life. Marlene lived a life full of love and caring for others at Grand Bay Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center. She became a patient at her facility and spent her last years here. Her commitment to her patients will forever be remembered.
Craig Hart
Carrying out his mother's wishes, Craig Hart took over the facility in 2013. In following his passion for helping others, he continues her dream of providing loving care to all patients. He personally provides a welcoming environment to all that are in need of a comforting home.
